Employee motivation and productivity - How You motivate others as little as possible

Employee motivation and employee productivity can be difficult. Have you ever think people could be described as capable and talented, but they are just "go through the motions" of the indicator, and thus the minimum? You might ask yourself: "Where is the motivation?
What can be done in the above scenario is that these talented, motivated people that can be displayed in the workplace and not as little as possible without getting fired!
The definition of motivation - the inner drive that compels behavior. Therefore I say to someone, "just not motivated" is simply not possible. Employee motivation begins with understanding that within every man, there's an inner drive that compels behavior. In other words, everyone has the motivation. Criminals are motivated, like you and me .. just another way to achieve different results. All of us behave as we do, because it is an internal drive so-called "motivation."
One of the questions which arise in the above definition: "If the motivation comes from within, this means that staff motivation and productivity may not be for some people?" This is a big issue. Let's take a closer look at employee motivation and productivity, and how can we get from the people.
The first step is to understand that we all have a "want" in key areas such as the life of the financial, health, relationships, business / career, spiritual and recreational. Vision in these areas, and our road to meet them, we determine the motivation and productivity. If there is a "gap" between where we are and where we want to be an internal drive "kick" to somehow close the gap.
Given the above, every interaction of people, motivating and de-motivates them. Every interaction "raises a mirror" if they see themselves in relation to where they want to be. The words and actions to immediately report to the people: the relationship is not moving them toward or away from the desired location. If people experience as a barrier to having more of what they want, you can "hold back" in productivity. More effort is not worth enough for them, so it would seem that there is no motivation.
Now I know better. They are motivated ... but in a different direction than you. Sometimes it does not take much to affect a person's motivation and productivity.
A friend of mine is the number one seller of a company. Once told me that he is zero motivation to win a sales contest for a fully paid trip to Cancun for 10 days with his wife. Why?
His children were not included in the trip. If he and his wife are leaving on vacation, I wanted the kids with them. Since this was not the case, then I can be very creative in order to schedule, so the second place in the tournament without losing a long-term commissions. Granted, the company's quarterly bottom line would be lower, but so can my friend get what he wanted - a family vacation from his perspective.
As a friend of mine, we all motivation towards what you want, and away from what we do not want.
If the head of my friend asked, "What would you do as much motivation to win this race?" ... Have heard my friend says, "Just give me four days at Disney World with my wife and kids, then get out of my way and watch me win this thing." A simple question to my friend would have made a difference in the motivation to win, but the manager did not ask him.
If you are interested in what people want and help them make more, you can ignite staff motivation and productivity in the direction you desire.
Do you struggle with the business productivity and employee motivation? Are you desperately trying to find a way to increase productivity and motivate some employees? You are about to throw in the towel, because I think some people may not be motivation? If so, consider that you can not get enough of what they want and, therefore, seems to be little motivation.

Student Motivation

Student motivation refers to the student's interest, desire, compulsion and need to participate and be successful in the learning process. It is generally accepted that student motivation plays an important role in scientific studies.

My motivation

My motivation is necessary, because you can not always count on the others, that motivated. Certainly need to gather the courage and strength to reach your goals. Furthermore, it is important that a new activity or a plan, and find new directions in life.
My motivation has the power to allow, to get what you want to experience in life. The power exists within every person, but should be able to self-motivated to reach your goals or desires. Try to identify the desires, values, beliefs and also the strength and weakness in order to establish realistic goals.
To improve self-motivation, one of the easiest ways is to educate yourself through training programs. Self hypnosis can also be found effective in improving their own motivation. Most of the training programs explicitly teach the skills required to consistently be self-motivated person. Today, many educational institutions, which have taken practical steps for their own motivation. In addition, there are opportunities to learn how to increase their motivation through the internet.
My motivation plays a vital role in the early student life. A self-motivated students through various motivational techniques in order to be able to overcome life's challenges.

Towards Next Prosperity

It is very sad when they hear about the fate of people who give up in the middle of the road - because it is not resistant to challenge. But there is something more tragic, that is, those who give up - even after winning the battle.

The Tao of Motivation

If you think you need to "get motivated" ... then I'm sorry, but thinks the reverse.
Why?
Since neither the motivation nor inspiration from things that you can get "out there" as if it were something that you can buy in the supermarket.
The tree needed "get motivated" to reach the branches of the sky?
Not a current need "to find inspiration" to flow down to the sea?
They sound like stupid questions right?
But they are no more "stupid", then the idea that you should "get motivated" to see the success, of course destined to be.
The saying things like: "I must have motivated" or "I need to find inspiration" to create a separation within the ... The motivating and motivatee.
This can create an internal script, which will be part of the head of the "Task Master", one of the whip, and the drill sergeant yells, and another part of the "Wretched Slob" who do the usual just to keep the whip off the back. Such internal conflict destructive to the welfare of others, and also a great waste of energy.
This kind of motivation is external and artificial. "True" motivation and inspiration for the interior and they come as naturally as breathing.
You see, four kinds of people. The first is the unconscious incompetent. This is the person who does not even know that they can not. This is the lowest rung of the ladder.
The second type of people are conscious of the incompetent. This is the person who knows that they do not know, but I still do not know what to do. The above model is the "Task Master" and "Wretched Slob" fits this type of man. They consciously want to achieve things, but the inner personality and incompetencies sabotage this desire.
The next type of conscious competence. This is the person that knows what to do, and if you think about it, that you can go ahead and do it. Instead of the "Wretched Slob" this man is probably an internal "Super Star", but it is still necessary "Task Master" of the whip.
The highest-level person, though, is the unconscious competent. This is the person who is so ingrained in them what they need to do is not to be considered. They just do it automatically.
The unconscious is not responsible to any external motivating ... natural motivation for them, the internal state of being.
38. The Tao Te Ching1 chapter begins, saying:
One of the subtle virtue of universal
not conscious, that virtuous
therefore, he is truly virtuous.
Employee motivation, may be amended to say:
One of the subtle universal motivational
not conscious, motivated,
therefore, he is really motivated.

Playing Hacky Sack I do not exercise at all ... Not in the sense of "OK now I'm exercising." I was struggling to "practice" once a week, that even after 2 or 3 full, a Hacky Sack in the meetings each day. I grab every opportunity I can to kick that little area of joy in the air!
I went to see an external motivation to exercise, an artificial thing, an 'unconscious competence' state of being. By digging deep inside me, and discovered that my true nature is very playful, exuberant, youthful, and I could discover the "automatic motivation" to participate in exercise.
Now you do not have to "get motivated" to exercise ... I'm just out there and play, because I am motivated to do something inside that I really like this.
And there ... there ... The essence of motivation.
The I Ching (Book of Changes) 2, we find that this is the nature of things in life that ever-changing, always moving, never "motivating" new manifestations. Thus we can say that the "motivation" natural prime mover holds that life is a happy, of course.
When viewed in light of this motivation can be viewed as a central principle, that a lot. So, if you feel you suffer from a lack of motivation, it basically means that you cut off his own inner core of the reservoirs. This means that it is not in tune with the true nature.
